When making arrangements to pick up merchandise, please call ahead to verify that the merchandise is at the warehouse and ready for pickup.

All orders must be paid in full before delivery may be scheduled.

Specific delivery days are scheduled according to cities. Your merchandise will be delivered on these specific days only. Small appliances and electronics, pictures, lamps, area rugs and accessories are not delivered except as a part of a larger order or by special arrangement.

Within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date, all reasonable efforts will be made to give you an estimated time frame for your delivery. In order to serve you better, a 24 hour notice for any changes to your sales order or delivery is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon notification that your merchandise has been received in the warehouse, your furniture must be scheduled for delivery or pickup within 14 days; otherwise your merchandise may be released and made available for other customer demands. We will do our best to have you merchandise available at the time of an anticipated future delivery date.

Local Delivery charge is $59.95 with a qualifying purchase of less than $699 in an area of 40 miles from Senzig’s store. Deliveries outside the 40 mile area will be made at an additional charge. Additional delivery charges will apply to purchases below the minimum purchase amount, and purchases made from the clearance center.

Deliveries are available Monday through Friday. Weekend deliveries are available by special arrangement and will incur an additional charge. Please see your sales associate for details.
