Low Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price at another full-service local retailer on the identical merchandise, and the price difference can be verified, we will refund the price difference to you for up to 30 days after receipt of your merchandise. If all other terms of the sale remain the same, and Low Price Guarantee30 Day Price Guaranteethe item you purchased at Senzig's goes on sale within 30 days of delivery, we will credit you the difference if you notify your salesperson. If the terms of the sale change,you may haveyour preference between the two sales.

EXCLUDES: Floor samples, closeout sales, clearance and "AS IS" items. A full-service local retailer is defined as a retailer that has the merchandise available on the premises and is located within the delivery area. (See Delivery Policy for additional information).

Special Order

Special order merchandise is non-cancelabel and requires a 33% deposit. However, if for any reason you fail to take delivery of special order merchandise, or if we cancel the order because delivery was not taken within 30 days from the date the order was received in the Warehouse, a 33% restocking fee will be forfeited. The 33% restocking fee will be calculated based on the merchandise total only; sales tax and fabric protection costs are not included. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be allowed.

Good Sleep Guarantee

Mattress sets with a price of $699 or greater carry a Senzig's 90-night sleep guarantee. We recommend that you allow a minimum of 90 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress. If you find you are not comfortable on your new sleep set, and you have given it a sufficient trial period in your home and you have enrolled in the 90-Night Sleep Guarantee program, Senzig's will exchange it one time for a set of equal or greater value. You will pay the difference between the set you are returning and the set you select for replacement.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed at Senzig's. If you are not happy with your original stock purchase within 30 days of its delivery, we will ensure your Satisfaction or refund your money and accept your merchandise returned in its original condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Not valid on any special-order merchandise, delivery fees, "AS IS" merchandise, pillows, sheets, mattress covers, leather protection kits, fabric protection and any other furniture care products. See service policy regarding your obligation to notify Senzig's to initiate the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Clearance & Floor Sample

Delivery or pick-up must be made immediately (within 7 days) on all clearance and floor sample merchandise. NO HOLD ORDERS.

Merchandise reduced for clearance will include full service and the manufacturer's warranty fulfilled by Senzig's Warehouse, except for "AS IS" marked merchandise.

Merchandise sold at 25% off or greater is sold "AS IS" will be clearly marked. All sales are final, and service will not apply to "AS IS" merchandise.
